The DTI CT Surface Filter is used to remove particles from circulating fluid, thus protecting downhole motors and other downhole tools that are sensitive to debris.

The DTI CT Surface Filter features an easily replaceable metal filter screen with standard filtration size of 600 microns. Other filtration sizes are available on request.

It is recommended to use the DTI Surface Filter to remove debris from pumped fluid and the Downhole Filter to filter debris from inside the CT.
