The DTI Rotational Scale Scraper is the next step in broach design. It uses a high torque spline jar to rotate scraper mill blades in opposite directions. Repeated downward jarring drives the mill blades through scale with a downward and rotational action.

The DTI Rotational Scale Scraper comprises a broach mandrel, linked to an integral, short stroke, LH or RH rotational jar via castellated segments.

The DTI Rotational Scale Scraper tools are designed to be run in pairs so that two broaches work in conjunction with each other, rotating in opposite directions.

The DTI Broach scraper blades are designed to simultaneously engage with the scaled tubing so that all the torque is contained within the tool and not transmitted back into the Wireline.

A built in swivel at the upper end of the DTI Rotational Scale Scraper eliminates the chance of twisting the wireline.

The DTI Rotational Scale Scraper tool has several Broach types available to suit various clean up applications. These include Diamond Backed, Stepped Diamond Back
