The DTI Coiled Tubing Rotary Wash Tool is a high revolution jetting tool which directs several fluid jets into the side wall of the tubing. The nozzles are angles radially to effect rotation and are also directed both up and down to give a wide arc of spray coverage.
The jetting ports are set at an acute angle at both ends of a spinning barrel.
Fluid flow rate determines how fast the tool rotates. The ports are typically factory fitted with 2mm nozzles which can be changed out to alternative size nozzles or with blanks to adjust jetting/flow velocity.
