Flow Control Valve

The DTI Flow Control Flow Control Valve allows the circulation of fluid from the coiled tubing string to the annulus under normal operating conditions. By increasing the flow rate through the coiled tubing, the flow path will be fully diverted, at a pre-set tool string pressure, through the tool string.

This valve is useful for when a deliberately applied pressure needs to be delivered to the tool string or for when tools in the BHA need to be protected from flow to prevent premature activation. Reducing the floe rate will automatically bleed down the tool string pressure to the well.
