The DTI Monobore Tubing Test Tool can be used for well testing and packer setting in mono-bore completions or in completions with no suitable profiles. The Tubing Test Tool can also be used for leak detection.
The tool incorporates a drop valve type equalizing valve and so will self-equalize when being picked up. Picking up further un-sets the tool enabling it to be moved up the tubing and then re-set. Using this method the tool can be re-set at many times as required.
The results of pressure tests at each Monobore Test Tool setting point will help determine the location of any leak.
